Facilitated by Carolyn Sullivan, New Chapter Coaching
Many board members are confused about what effective leadership looks like during a global pandemic. It's common for boards to wonder what their role is vs. the executive; how best to support their executive and the rest of the team; and what planning and policy-making is necessary to govern well. Join us for this special session on how to get the most from your board at a time when great governance is essential to your organization's success. Participants will leave with concrete steps to help board members individually and collectively perform at a higher level to ensure their organization thrives through COVID-19.
