Wednesday, April 15th from 12 - 1 p.m.
Facilitated by Carrie Collier, New Chapter Coaching
Have you ever heard the phrase “Employees don’t leave companies, they leave managers?”. Employees consistently cite bad management/bad relationship with a manager as their #1 reason for leaving jobs. This statistic shows the retention power managers have but most don’t know how to use, often because they’ve received little to no training on how to supervise employees successfully. How can your organization develop and support this incredibly important aspect of your culture? Attend this webinar to learn how to create a culture that harnesses the super-powers of managers and the three simple things managers can do RIGHT NOW to improve relationships with their employees.
These webinars will provide non-profits with information, practices, and inspiration they need to create healthy organizations that achieve and sustain maximum impact into the future. This six-part webinar series will focus on the needs of non-profit Employees, Teams, and Boards in non-profits. ALL those who want to contribute to the health of their non-profit organization are encouraged to participate!
Sessions will build on each other and it is recommended that participants sign up for all six, but attendance at all six is not required. Participants may sign up for as few or as many sessions as they would like.
All webinars start at 12 p.m. CST and end by 1 p.m. They will include 45 minutes for the webinar presentation and 10 - 15 minutes for Q&A post-presentation.
A link and information about joining will be sent to participants prior to all webinars.
