Designed for local non-profits from all categories, the Non-profit Roundtable Discussion invites up to three of your organization's staff to gather around for a productive discussion about non-profit work in the Columbia area.
Who should be at the table: program staff, administrators, service providers, and case managers. In other words, the staff who are the nuts and bolts of non-profit work and have their boots on the ground, doing the day-to-day work. EDs and C-level staff, unless you work for a small organization and wear many hats, consider sitting this one out.
Keynote discussion by Burrell Behavioral Health regarding burnout and self care. Additional keynote discussion around new norms and culture, followed by individual table topic discussions about the field of non-profit work in the Columbia area.
